I keep a set binder for Hidden Fates Shiny Vault, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Hidden Fates Shiny Vault set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Zorua can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). Themed lists that include this exact card are Saya Tsuruta cards. I still need this card.
