Kingdra-GX is a Stage 2 GX Water Pokémon with 230 HP. In the Pokédex this is Kingdra (#230), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Seadra. In this catalog that name is Seadra (#117).

5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Kingdra (#230) has 28 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 21 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2024. The earliest other card is Kingdra 8/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card is named Kingdra, while this one is Kingdra-GX. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 230 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 26 other cards of Kingdra list a different HP.

The attack Hydro Pump lists 10+ damage. The cost is Colorless. This attack does 50 more damage times the amount of Water Energy attached to this Pokémon. Reverse Thrust is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Water. Switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Maelstrom-GX is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Water. This attack does 40 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) Weakness is Grass ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Pokémon-GX rule: When your Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for SM Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SM Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Kingdra can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
