Cynthia's Garchomp ex is a Stage 2 ex Fighting Pokémon with 330 HP. In the Pokédex this is Garchomp (#445), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Cynthia's Gabite. In this catalog that name is Gabite (#444).

Garchomp (#445) has 36 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 22 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Garchomp C LV.X DP46/56 in DP Black Star Promos (2007). That card is named Garchomp C LV.X, while this one is Cynthia's Garchomp ex. That card lists 110 HP, and this one lists 330 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. 32 other cards of Garchomp list a different HP.

The attack Corkscrew Dive lists 100 damage. The cost is Fighting. You may draw cards until you have 6 cards in your hand. Draconic Buster is another attack lists 260 damage. The cost is Fighting, Fighting. Discard all Energy from this Pokémon. Weakness is Grass ×2. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is I.

I keep a set binder for Destined Rivals, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Destined Rivals set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Garchomp can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Trainer's Pokémon, Special Illustration Rares, Cynthia and her Pokémon, and Pseudo-legendary lines. I still need this card.
