The earliest other card is Tyranitar 12/75 in Neo Discovery (2001). That card is named Tyranitar, while this one is Team Rocket's Tyranitar. That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 180 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. 41 other cards of Tyranitar list a different HP.

Sand Stream is listed as Ability. During Pokémon Checkup, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, put 2 damage counters on each of your opponent's Basic Pokémon. I keep a set binder for Destined Rivals, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Destined Rivals set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Tyranitar can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Trainer's Pokémon, Team Rocket cards, and Pseudo-legendary lines. I still need this card.
