The earliest other card is Orthworm 224/193 in Paldea Evolved (2023). Both list 130 HP. The rarity there is Illustration Rare, and here it is Rare. OKACHEKE illustrated that card, and Hitoshi Ariga illustrated this one. 3 other cards of Orthworm list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Hitoshi Ariga. I count 155 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Paldea Evolved set binder is where a full Paldea Evolved set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Orthworm can fill a slot in Generation 9 binder (Paldea). I still need this card.
