Starmie is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Starmie (#121), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Staryu. In this catalog that name is Staryu (#120).

Shigenori Negishi illustrated this card. The same name is on 151 other cards in the catalog.

Starmie (#121) has 34 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 27 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Starmie 64/102 in Base (1999). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 90 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Shiny Rare. Keiji Kinebuchi illustrated that card, and Shigenori Negishi illustrated this one. 24 other cards of Starmie list a different HP.

Mysterious Comet is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may put 2 damage counters on 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. If you placed any damage counters in this way, discard this Pokémon and all attached cards. The attack Speed Attack lists 50 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Starmie swims by spinning its body at high speed. As this Pokémon cruises through the ocean, it absorbs tiny plankton." The regulation mark is G.

I keep a set binder for Paldean Fates, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Paldean Fates set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Starmie can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
