Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Souichirou Gunjima illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 3, and here it is 1. 7 other cards of Kadabra list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Souichirou Gunjima. I count 86 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Paldean Fates set binder is where a full Paldean Fates set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Kadabra can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
