I keep a set binder for Paldean Fates, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Paldean Fates set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Riolu can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Baby Pokémon, Riolu and Lucario, sowsow cards, and Night and moon Pokémon. I still need this card.
