Pawmi 226/91 · Paldean Fates

Pawmi is Pokédex #921, generation 9 (Paldea). Pawmi is a Basic Lightning Pokémon with 60 HP.

Pawmi sits at 226/91 in Paldean Fates, position 226 of 245. Before it is 225 Palafin, and after it is 227 Clive. The set belongs to the Scarlet & Violet series. It was released on 26 January 2024. The printed size is 91. This checklist is longer, at 245 cards. The collector number is above the printed set size of 91. The listed rarity is Illustration Rare.

The attack Light Punch lists 10 damage. The cost is Colorless. Zap Kick is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "The pads of its paws are electricity-discharging organs. Pawmi fires electricity from its forepaws while standing unsteadily on its hind legs." The regulation mark is G.

Pawmi (#921) has 7 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 6 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2023 to 2025. The earliest other card is Pawmi 40/102 in Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos (2023). That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Illustration Rare. Ryuta Fuse illustrated that card, and REND illustrated this one. 4 other cards of Pawmi list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads REND. I count 13 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Paldean Fates set binder is where a full Paldean Fates set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pawmi can fill a slot in Generation 9 binder (Paldea). Themed lists that include this exact card are Pikachu's friends. I still need this card.
