toriyufu illustrated this card. The same name is on 11 other cards in the catalog.

Kingdra (#230) has 28 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 22 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2024. The earliest other card is Kingdra 8/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card is named Kingdra, while this one is Kingdra ex. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 310 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Double Rare. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and toriyufu illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 26 other cards of Kingdra list a different HP.

The attack King's Order lists no damage number. The cost is Water. Put up to 3 Water Pokémon from your discard pile onto your Bench. Hydro Pump is another attack lists 50+ damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. This attack does 50 more damage for each Water Energy attached to this Pokémon. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is H.

I keep a set binder for Shrouded Fable, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Shrouded Fable set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Kingdra can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
