Shadow Rider Calyrex V TG17/30

Calyrex is Pokédex #898, generation 8 (Galar). Shadow Rider Calyrex V is a Basic V Psychic Pokémon with 210 HP.

Shadow Rider Calyrex V sits at TG17/30 in Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery, position 17 of 30. Before it is TG16 Galarian Articuno V, and after it is TG18 Shadow Rider Calyrex VMAX. The set belongs to the Sword & Shield series. It was released on 27 May 2022. The printed size is 30, and the checklist is the same length. The listed rarity is Rare Holo V.

The attack Shadow Mist lists 10 damage. The cost is Psychic. During your opponent's next turn, they can't play any Special Energy or Stadium cards from their hand. Astral Barrage is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Choose 2 of your opponent's Pokémon and put 5 damage counters on each of them. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is E.

Calyrex (#898) has 20 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 4 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2019 to 2023. The earliest other card is Ice Rider Calyrex V SWSH130/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). That card is named Ice Rider Calyrex V, while this one is Shadow Rider Calyrex V. Both list 210 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo V. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Oswaldo KATO illustrated this one. 11 other cards of Calyrex list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Oswaldo KATO. I count 84 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery set binder is where a full Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Calyrex can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). I still need this card.
