Jirachi (#385) has 29 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2026. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Radiant Rare. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Ryuta Fuse illustrated this one. 26 other cards of Jirachi list a different HP.

Entrusted Wishes is listed as Ability. If this Pokémon is in the Active Spot and is Knocked Out by damage from an attack from your opponent's Pokémon, search your deck for up to 3 cards and put them into your hand. I keep a set binder for Silver Tempest, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Silver Tempest set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Jirachi can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on. I still need this card.
