Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this card. The same name is on 721 other cards in the catalog.

Gardevoir (#282) has 55 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 31 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2026. The earliest other card is Gardevoir 7/109 in Ruby & Sapphire (2003). That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 150 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. 51 other cards of Gardevoir list a different HP.

Refinement is listed as Ability. You must discard a card from your hand in order to use this Ability. Once during your turn, you may draw 2 cards. The attack Magical Shot lists 120 damage. The cost is Psychic, Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "It has the power to predict the future. Its power peaks when it is protecting its Trainer." The regulation mark is F.

I keep a set binder for Silver Tempest, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Silver Tempest set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Gardevoir can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards and Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir, and Gallade. I still need this card.
