Scizor VMAX is a VMAX Metal Pokémon with 320 HP. In the Pokédex this is Scizor (#212), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Scizor V. In this catalog that name is Scizor (#212).

5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Scizor (#212) has 35 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Scizor 33/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Scizor, while this one is Scizor VMAX. That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 320 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Rainbow. Hironobu Yoshida illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 34 other cards of Scizor list a different HP.

The attack Hard Scissors lists 90 damage. The cost is Metal, Colorless. During your opponent's next turn, this Pokémon takes 30 less damage from attacks (after applying Weakness and Resistance). Max Steelspike is another attack lists 190 damage. The cost is Metal, Metal, Colorless. Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Grass -30. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: VMAX rule: When your Pokémon VMAX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. The regulation mark is D.

I keep a set binder for Darkness Ablaze, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Darkness Ablaze set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Scizor can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are VMAX cards. I still need this card.
