chibi illustrated this card. The same name is on 40 other cards in the catalog.

Zeraora (#807) has 28 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 16 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2018 to 2026. The earliest other card is Zeraora-GX 86/214 in Lost Thunder (2018). That card is named Zeraora-GX, while this one is Zeraora V. That card lists 190 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo GX, and here it is Rare Holo V. PLANETA Otani illustrated that card, and chibi illustrated this one. 23 other cards of Zeraora list a different HP.

The attack Cross Fist lists 100 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless, Colorless. If 1 of your other Rapid Strike Pokémon used an attack during your last turn, this attack also does 160 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is E.

I keep a set binder for Chilling Reign, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Chilling Reign set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Zeraora can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on and Rapid Strike. I still need this card.
