Galarian Articuno is a Basic Psychic Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Articuno (#144), generation 1 (Kanto).

Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this card. The same name is on 656 other cards in the catalog.

Articuno (#144) has 45 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 29 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Articuno 22/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Articuno, while this one is Galarian Articuno. That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. Toshinao Aoki illustrated that card, and Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 32 other cards of Articuno list a different HP.

Cruel Charge is listed as Ability. When you play this Pokémon from your hand onto your Bench during your turn, you may attach up to 2 Psychic Energy cards from your hand to this Pokémon. The attack Psylaser lists no damage number. The cost is Psychic, Psychic, Colorless. Discard all Psychic Energy from this Pokémon. This attack does 120 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Known as Articuno, this Pokémon fires beams that can immobilize opponents as if they had been frozen solid." The regulation mark is E.

I keep a set binder for Evolving Skies, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Evolving Skies set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Articuno can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Legendary birds and Galarian forms. I still need this card.
