The earliest other card is Umbreon 13/75 in Neo Discovery (2001). That card is named Umbreon, while this one is Umbreon VMAX. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 310 HP. Dark Signal is listed as Ability. When you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon during your turn, you may switch 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon with their Active Pokémon. The card text says: VMAX rule: When your Pokémon VMAX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. The regulation mark is E.

I keep a set binder for Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Umbreon can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions, VMAX cards, and Single Strike. I still need this card.
