Cinccino is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Cinccino (#573), generation 5 (Unova). The card says it evolves from Minccino. In this catalog that name is Minccino (#572).

Shibuzoh. illustrated this card. The same name is on 100 other cards in the catalog.

Cinccino (#573) has 19 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 13 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Cinccino 89/114 in Black & White (2011). Both list 90 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Promo. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and Shibuzoh. illustrated this one. 8 other cards of Cinccino list a different HP.

Make Do is listed as Ability. You must discard a card from your hand in order to use this Ability. Once during your turn, you may draw 2 cards. The attack Energy Assist lists 40 damage. The cost is Colorless. Attach a basic Energy card from your discard pile to 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Its body secrets oil that this Pokémon spreads over its nest as a coating to protect it from dust. Cinccino won't tolerate even a speck of the stuff." The regulation mark is D.

I keep a set binder for SWSH Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SWSH Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Cinccino can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
