PLANETA Tsuji illustrated this card. The same name is on 81 other cards in the catalog.

Sirfetch’d (#865) has 5 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 5 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2020 to 2021. The earliest other card is Galarian Sirfetch'd 95/192 in Rebel Clash (2020). That card is named Galarian Sirfetch'd, while this one is Galarian Sirfetch'd V. That card lists 130 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. You Iribi illustrated that card, and PLANETA Tsuji illustrated this one. 4 other cards of Sirfetch’d list a different HP.

Resolute Spear is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, when this Pokémon moves from your Bench to the Active Spot, you may move any amount of Fighting Energy from your other Pokémon to it. The attack Meteor Smash lists 200 damage. The cost is Fighting, Fighting, Colorless. During your next turn, this Pokémon can't attack. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is D.

I keep a set binder for SWSH Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SWSH Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Sirfetch’d can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are Galarian forms. I still need this card.
