Searing Flame is another attack lists 110 damage. The cost is Fire, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Burned. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The earliest other card is Centiskorch 39/202 in Sword & Shield (2020). Both list 130 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Promo. Anesaki Dynamic illustrated that card, and nagimiso illustrated this one. 11 other cards of Centiskorch list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads nagimiso. I count 156 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

SWSH Black Star Promos set binder is where a full SWSH Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Centiskorch can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). I still need this card.
