SWSH Black Star Promos is a set in the Sword & Shield series. It was released on 15 November 2019. The printed size is 307. This checklist is longer, at 304 cards. Bibarel is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Bibarel (#400), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Bidoof. In this catalog that name is Bidoof (#399).

Misa Tsutsui illustrated this card. The same name is on 94 other cards in the catalog.

Bibarel (#400) has 11 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 11 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2023. The earliest other card is Bibarel 20/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Promo. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Misa Tsutsui illustrated this one. 7 other cards of Bibarel list a different HP.

Industrious Incisors is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand. The attack Tail Smash lists 100 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "It makes its nest by damming streams with bark and mud. It is known as an industrious worker." The regulation mark is F.

I keep a set binder for SWSH Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SWSH Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Bibarel can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
