5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Volcanion (#721) has 21 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 13 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2013 to 2026. The earliest other card is Volcanion XY145/211 in XY Black Star Promos (2013). That card is named Volcanion, while this one is Volcanion-EX. That card lists 130 HP, and this one lists 180 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo EX. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 18 other cards of Volcanion list a different HP.

Steam Up is listed as Ability. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may discard a Fire Energy card from your hand. If you do, during this turn, your Basic Fire Pokémon's attacks do 30 more damage to your opponent's Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance). The attack Volcanic Heat lists 130 damage. The cost is Fire, Fire, Colorless. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Steam Siege, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Steam Siege set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Volcanion can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). I still need this card.
