Ryo Ueda illustrated this card. The same name is on 462 other cards in the catalog.

Dragonite (#149) has 48 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 30 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Dragonite 5/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Dragonite, while this one is Dragonite-EX. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 180 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Ultra. Toshinao Aoki illustrated that card, and Ryo Ueda illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 44 other cards of Dragonite list a different HP.

Pull Up is listed as Ability. When you play this Pokémon from your hand onto your Bench, you may put 2 Basic Pokémon (except for Dragonite-EX) from your discard pile into your hand. The attack Hyper Beam lists 130 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Discard an Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokémon. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Resistance is Fighting -20. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Evolutions, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Evolutions set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Dragonite can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite. I still need this card.
