Togekiss is a Stage 2 Fairy Pokémon with 130 HP. In the Pokédex this is Togekiss (#468), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Togetic. In this catalog that name is Togetic (#176).
PLANETA illustrated this card. The same name is on 47 other cards in the catalog.
Togekiss (#468) has 17 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 13 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2008 to 2026. The earliest other card is Togekiss 11/106 in Great Encounters (2008). That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 130 HP. Both list the rarity Rare Holo. Kent Kanetsuna illustrated that card, and PLANETA illustrated this one. 16 other cards of Togekiss list a different HP.
Serene Grace is listed as Ability. When you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon, you may look at the top 8 cards of your deck. Choose any basic Energy cards you find there and attach them to your Pokémon in any way you like. Shuffle the other cards back into your deck. The attack Fairy Wind lists 60 damage. The cost is Fairy, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. Retreat cost is 1. Δ Evolution is the ancient trait on this card. You may play this card from your hand to evolve a Pokémon during your first turn or the turn you play that Pokémon. The flavor text reads "It shares many blessings with people who respect one another's rights and avoid needless strife."
I keep a set binder for Roaring Skies, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Roaring Skies set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Togekiss can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Togepi, Togetic, and Togekiss. I still need this card.
