Ho-Oh is a Basic Fire Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Ho-Oh (#250), generation 2 (Johto).

You Iribi illustrated this card. The same name is on 50 other cards in the catalog.

Ho-Oh (#250) has 37 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 24 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Ho-oh 52/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Ho-oh, while this one is Ho-Oh. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and You Iribi illustrated this one. 37 other cards of Ho-Oh list a different HP.

The attack Stoke lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for up to 2 Fire Energy cards and attach them to this Pokémon. Shuffle your deck afterward. Fire Wing is another attack lists 100 damage. The cost is Fire, Fire, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Water ×2. Resistance is Fighting -20. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "It will reveal itself before a pure-hearted Trainer by shining its bright, rainbow-colored wings."

I keep a set binder for XY Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the XY Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Ho-Oh can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
