The earliest other card is Kyurem-EX BW37/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card is named Kyurem-EX, while this one is Black Kyurem. That card lists 180 HP, and this one lists 130 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Shizurow illustrated that card, and kawayoo illustrated this one. 32 other cards of Kyurem list a different HP.

The attack Ice Wing lists 60 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless. Frosty Thunder is another attack lists 120 damage. The cost is Water, Water, Colorless, Colorless. If this Pokémon has any Lightning Energy attached to it, this attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) I keep a set binder for XY Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the XY Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Kyurem can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
