Victini-EX 24/113 · Legendary Treasures

Legendary Treasures is a set in the Black & White series. It was released on November 6, 2013. The printed size is 113. This checklist is longer, at 140 cards. Victini-EX is 24/113, in position 24 of 140 on this checklist. Before it is 23 Victini, and after it is 25 Tepig. The listed rarity is Rare Holo EX.

Victini-EX is a Basic EX Fire Pokémon with 110 HP. In the Pokédex this is Victini (#494), generation 5 (Unova).

Eske Yoshinob illustrated this card. The same name is on 177 other cards in the catalog.

Victini (#494) has 37 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Victini BW32/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card is named Victini, while this one is Victini-EX. That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 110 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo EX. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Eske Yoshinob illustrated this one. 35 other cards of Victini list a different HP.

The attack Turbo Energize lists no damage number. The cost is Fire. Search your deck for 2 basic Energy cards and attach them to your Benched Pokémon in any way you like. Shuffle your deck afterward. Intensifying Burn is another attack lists 50+ damage. The cost is Fire, Colorless, Colorless. If the Defending Pokémon is a Pokémon-EX, this attack does 50 more damage. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Legendary Treasures, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Legendary Treasures set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Victini can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
