The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 40 more damage. If tails, discard an Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Resistance is Fighting -20. The flavor text reads "Males have plumage on their heads. They will never let themselves fell close to anyone other than their Trainers."

I keep a set binder for Emerging Powers, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Emerging Powers set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Unfezant can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
