Unfezant is a Stage 2 Colorless Pokémon with 130 HP. In the Pokédex this is Unfezant (#521), generation 5 (Unova). The card says it evolves from Tranquill. In this catalog that name is Tranquill (#520).

Shigenori Negishi illustrated this card. The same name is on 151 other cards in the catalog.

Unfezant (#521) has 10 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 9 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2025. The earliest other card is Unfezant 86/114 in Black & White (2011). That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 130 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Uncommon. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and Shigenori Negishi illustrated this one. 9 other cards of Unfezant list a different HP.

The attack Quick Attack lists 30+ damage. The cost is Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 more damage. Strong Winds is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Shuffle all cards attached to each player's Pokémon into that player's deck. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Resistance is Fighting -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Males have plumage on their heads. They will never let themselves fell close to anyone other than their Trainers."

I keep a set binder for Roaring Skies, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Roaring Skies set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Unfezant can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
