The earliest other card is Zweilous 78/101 in Noble Victories (2011). Both list 90 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Masakazu Fukuda illustrated that card, and match illustrated this one. 9 other cards of Zweilous list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads match. I count 143 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Plasma Freeze set binder is where a full Plasma Freeze set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Zweilous can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
