Zweilous 73/119 · Phantom Forces

Phantom Forces is a set in the XY series. It was released on November 5, 2014. The printed size is 119. This checklist is longer, at 124 cards. Zweilous is 73/119, in position 75 of 124 on this checklist. Before it is 72 Deino, and after it is 74 Hydreigon. The listed rarity is Uncommon.

Zweilous is a Stage 1 Dragon Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Zweilous (#634), generation 5 (Unova). The card says it evolves from Deino. In this catalog that name is Deino (#633). The card lists Hydreigon, Hydreigon (#635) under evolves to.

Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this card. The same name is on 656 other cards in the catalog.

Zweilous (#634) has 14 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 12 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Zweilous 78/101 in Noble Victories (2011). Both list 90 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Masakazu Fukuda illustrated that card, and Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this one. 9 other cards of Zweilous list a different HP.

The attack Slam lists 30× damage. The cost is Psychic, Darkness. Flip 2 coins. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads. Weakness is Fairy ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "The two heads do not get along. Whichever head eats more than the other gets to be the leader."

I keep a set binder for Phantom Forces, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Phantom Forces set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Zweilous can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
