5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Thundurus (#642) has 15 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 12 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2025. The earliest other card is Thundurus-EX BW81/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card is named Thundurus-EX, while this one is Thundurus. That card lists 170 HP, and this one lists 110 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Eske Yoshinob illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 10 other cards of Thundurus list a different HP.

The attack Charge lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Search your deck for a Lightning Energy card and attach it to this Pokémon. Shuffle your deck afterward. Disaster Volt is another attack lists 80 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Colorless. Discard an Energy attached to this Pokémon. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "The spikes on its tail discharge immense bolts of lightning. It flies around the Unova region firing off lightning bolts."

I keep a set binder for BW Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the BW Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Thundurus can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
