The earliest other card is Monferno 56/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). Both list 70 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Daisuke Ito illustrated this one. 6 other cards of Monferno list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Daisuke Ito. I count 47 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Majestic Dawn set binder is where a full Majestic Dawn set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Monferno can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
