DP Black Star Promos is a set in the Diamond & Pearl series. It was released on May 1, 2007. The printed size is 56, and the checklist is the same length. Palkia LV.X is DP18/56, in position 18 of 56 on this checklist. Before it is DP17 Dialga LV.X, and after it is DP19 Darkrai LV.X. The listed rarity is Promo.
Palkia LV.X is a Level-Up Water Pokémon with 120 HP. The card lists level X. In the Pokédex this is Palkia (#484), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Palkia. In this catalog that name is Palkia (#484).
Ryo Ueda illustrated this card. The same name is on 462 other cards in the catalog.
Palkia (#484) has 39 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 21 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Palkia 11/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card is named Palkia, while this one is Palkia LV.X. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and Ryo Ueda illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 36 other cards of Palkia list a different HP.
Restructure is listed as Poké-Power. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may have your opponent switch 1 of your Active Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Then, you switch 1 of the Defending Pokémon with 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. This power can't be used if Palkia is affected by a Special Condition. The attack Hydro Reflect lists 60 damage. The cost is Water, Water, Water. You may move all Energy cards attached to Palkia to your Benched Pokémon in any way you like. (Ignore this effect if you don't have any Benched Pokémon.) Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: Put this card onto your Active Palkia. Palkia LV.X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous level.
I keep a set binder for DP Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the DP Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Palkia can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina and Pokémon LV.X. I still need this card.
