Smoochum is Pokédex #238, generation 2 (Johto). Smoochum is a Baby Psychic Pokémon with 30 HP. The card lists Jynx, Jynx (#124) under evolves to.

Smoochum sits at 61/147 in Aquapolis, position 61 of 182. Before it is 60 Skiploom, and after it is 62 Spinarak. The set belongs to the E-Card series. It was released on January 15, 2003. The printed size is 147. This checklist is longer, at 182 cards. The listed rarity is Uncommon.

The attack Energy Kiss lists 10× damage. The cost is Psychic. Flip a number of coins equal to the number of Energy cards attached to the Defending Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads. Retreat cost is 1. Smoochum (#238) has 7 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 7 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2001 to 2024. The earliest other card is Smoochum 54/64 in Neo Revelation (2001). Both list 30 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Uncommon. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this one. 3 other cards of Smoochum list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Kagemaru Himeno. I count 656 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Aquapolis set binder is where a full Aquapolis set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Smoochum can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Baby Pokémon. I still need this card.
