Smoochum 31/115 · Unseen Forces

Smoochum is Pokédex #238, generation 2 (Johto). Smoochum is a Basic Water Pokémon with 50 HP. The card lists Jynx, Jynx (#124) under evolves to.

Smoochum sits at 31/115 in Unseen Forces, position 33 of 145. Before it is 30 Murkrow, and after it is 32 Stantler. The set belongs to the EX series. It was released on August 1, 2005. The printed size is 115. This checklist is longer, at 145 cards. The listed rarity is Rare.

Baby Evolution is listed as Poké-Power. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may put Jynx from your hand onto Smoochum (this counts as evolving Smoochum) and remove all damage counters from Smoochum. The attack Blown Kiss lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Put 1 damage counter on 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 1.

Smoochum (#238) has 7 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 7 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2001 to 2024. The earliest other card is Smoochum 54/64 in Neo Revelation (2001). That card lists 30 HP, and this one lists 50 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Rare. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Yuka Morii illustrated this one. 6 other cards of Smoochum list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Yuka Morii. I count 204 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Unseen Forces set binder is where a full Unseen Forces set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Smoochum can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Yuka Morii clay cards and Baby Pokémon. I still need this card.
