Jolteon 8/115 · Unseen Forces

Jolteon is Pokédex #135, generation 1 (Kanto). Jolteon is a Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon with 70 HP. The card says it evolves from Eevee. In this catalog that name is Eevee (#133).

Jolteon sits at 8/115 in Unseen Forces, position 10 of 145. Before it is 7 Houndoom, and after it is 9 Meganium. The set belongs to the EX series. It was released on August 1, 2005. The printed size is 115. This checklist is longer, at 145 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

The attack Attract Current lists 20 damage. The cost is Lightning. Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a Lightning Energy card and attach it to 1 of your Pokémon. Shuffle your deck afterward. Multi Pulse is another attack lists 40+ damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. If Jolteon has 3 of more different types of basic Energy cards attached to it, this attack does 40 damage plus 20 more damage and the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Metal -30.

Jolteon (#135) has 38 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Jolteon 4/64 in Jungle (1999). Both list 70 HP. Both list the rarity Rare Holo. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. 27 other cards of Jolteon list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Mitsuhiro Arita. I count 721 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Unseen Forces set binder is where a full Unseen Forces set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Jolteon can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions and Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
