Flygon ex is a Stage 2 ex Colorless Pokémon with 150 HP. In the Pokédex this is Flygon (#330), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Vibrava. In this catalog that name is Vibrava (#329).

Ryo Ueda illustrated this card. The same name is on 462 other cards in the catalog.

Flygon (#330) has 27 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2025. The earliest other card is Flygon 25/40 in Nintendo Black Star Promos (2003). That card is named Flygon, while this one is Flygon ex. That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 150 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo EX. Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and Ryo Ueda illustrated this one. 21 other cards of Flygon list a different HP.

Emerge Charge is listed as Poké-Power. Once during your turn, when you play Flygon ex from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon, you may search your discard pile for up to 2 Energy cards and attach them to Flygon ex. The attack Reactive Blast lists 40+ damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless. You may discard any number of React Energy cards attached to Flygon ex. If you do, this attack does 40 damage plus 30 more damage for each Energy card you discarded. Dragon Claw is another attack lists 100 damage. The cost is Grass, Lightning, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Colorless ×2. Resistance is Lightning -30. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: When Pokémon-ex has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Legend Maker, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Legend Maker set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Flygon can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
