It was released on February 10, 2010. The printed size is 123. This checklist is longer, at 124 cards. The listed rarity is Common.

The attack Show Off lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Search your deck for up to 2 basic Energy cards, show them to your opponent, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. Psyshot is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Its tail has a small brain of its own. Beware! If you get close, it may react to your scent and bite."

Girafarig (#203) has 13 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 13 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2024. The earliest other card is Girafarig 58/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. Both list the rarity Common. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Miki Tanaka illustrated this one. 10 other cards of Girafarig list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Miki Tanaka. I count 192 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

HeartGold & SoulSilver set binder is where a full HeartGold & SoulSilver set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Girafarig can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
