Gloom is a Stage 1 Grass Pokémon with 80 HP. In the Pokédex this is Gloom (#044), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Oddish. In this catalog that name is Oddish (#043). The card lists Vileplume, Vileplume (#045) and Bellossom, Bellossom (#182) under evolves to.

Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this card. The same name is on 721 other cards in the catalog.

Gloom (#044) has 25 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 22 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Gloom 37/64 in Jungle (1999). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 80 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Keiji Kinebuchi illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. 16 other cards of Gloom list a different HP.

The attack Miracle Powder lists 30 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 Special Condition. The Defending Pokémon is now affected by that Special Condition. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "What appears to be drool is actually sweet honey. It is very sticky and clings stubbornly if touched."

I keep a set binder for HS—Undaunted, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the HS—Undaunted set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Gloom can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
