Houndstone is a Stage 1 Psychic Pokémon with 140 HP. In the Pokédex this is Houndstone (#972), generation 9 (Paldea). The card says it evolves from Greavard. In this catalog that name is Greavard (#971).

Houndstone (#972) has 8 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 5 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2023 to 2025. The earliest other card is Houndstone 42/102 in Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos (2023). That card lists 130 HP, and this one lists 140 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Uncommon. The regulation mark there is G, and here it is I. 3 other cards of Houndstone list a different HP.

The attack Horrifying Bite lists 30 damage. The cost is Psychic. Flip a coin until you get tails. For each heads, choose a random card from your opponent's hand. Your opponent reveals those cards and shuffles them into their deck. Hammer In is another attack lists 130 damage. The cost is Psychic, Psychic, Colorless. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 3. The regulation mark is I.

I keep a set binder for Mega Evolution, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Mega Evolution set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Houndstone can fill a slot in Generation 9 binder (Paldea). I still need this card.
