Team Rocket's Mimikyu 238/217 · Ascended Heroes

Mimikyu is Pokédex #778, generation 7 (Alola). Team Rocket's Mimikyu is a Basic Psychic Pokémon with 60 HP.

Team Rocket's Mimikyu sits at 238/217 in Ascended Heroes, position 238 of 295. Before it is 237 Hop's Trevenant, and after it is 239 Team Rocket's Dugtrio. The set belongs to the Mega Evolution series. It was released on January 30, 2026. The printed size is 217. This checklist is longer, at 295 cards. The collector number is above the printed set size of 217. The listed rarity is Illustration Rare.

The attack Gemstone Mimicry lists no damage number. The cost is Psychic, Colorless. Choose 1 of your opponent's Active Tera Pokémon's attacks and use it as this attack. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. The flavor text reads "This Pokémon lives in dark places untouched by sunlight. When it appears before humans, it hides itself under a cloth that resembles a Pikachu." The regulation mark is I.

Mimikyu (#778) has 33 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 18 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2026. The earliest other card is Mimikyu SM29/248 in SM Black Star Promos (2017). That card is named Mimikyu, while this one is Team Rocket's Mimikyu. That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Illustration Rare. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and GOSSAN illustrated this one. 31 other cards of Mimikyu list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads GOSSAN. I count 57 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Ascended Heroes set binder is where a full Ascended Heroes set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Mimikyu can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Trainer's Pokémon, Team Rocket cards, All Mimikyu cards, and Tiny Pokémon. I still need this card.
