Yoko Hishida illustrated this card. The same name is on 3 other cards in the catalog.
Togepi (#175) has 20 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2024. The earliest other card is Togepi 30/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card lists 30 HP, and this one lists 50 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Common. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Yoko Hishida illustrated this one. 14 other cards of Togepi list a different HP.
The attack Pound lists 30 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "The shell seems to be filled with joy. It is said that it will share good luck when treated kindly." The regulation mark is H.
I keep a set binder for Ascended Heroes, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Ascended Heroes set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Togepi can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Baby Pokémon. I still need this card.
