Mega Starmie ex is a Stage 1 MEGA ex Water Pokémon with 330 HP. In the Pokédex this is Starmie (#121), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Staryu. In this catalog that name is Staryu (#120).

Starmie (#121) has 34 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Starmie 64/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Starmie, while this one is Mega Starmie ex. That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 330 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 32 other cards of Starmie list a different HP.

The attack Jetting Blow lists 120 damage. The cost is Water. This attack also does 50 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Nebula Beam is another attack lists 210 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness or Resistance, or by any effects on your opponent's Active Pokémon. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The card text says: Mega Evolution ex Rule: When your Mega Evolution Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. The regulation mark is J.

I keep a set binder for Perfect Order, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Perfect Order set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Starmie can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mega Evolution cards and Special Illustration Rares. I still need this card.
