The attack Zip-Zap Frenzy lists no damage number. The cost is Lightning. You may attach any number of Basic Energy cards from your hand to your Pokémon in any way you like. Thunder is another attack lists 200 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Colorless. This Pokémon also does 30 damage to itself. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. Pikachu (#025) has 212 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 90 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Pikachu 58/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Pikachu, while this one is Pikachu ex. That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 190 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and kantaro illustrated this one. 197 other cards of Pikachu list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads kantaro. I count 33 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

30th Celebration set binder is where a full 30th Celebration set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pikachu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Pikachu cards. I still need this card.
