Togepi is a Basic Fairy Pokémon with 50 HP. In the Pokédex this is Togepi (#175), generation 2 (Johto). The card lists Togetic, Togetic (#176) under evolves to.

Sekio illustrated this card. The same name is on 72 other cards in the catalog.

Togepi (#175) has 20 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Togepi 30/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card lists 30 HP, and this one lists 50 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Common. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Sekio illustrated this one. 14 other cards of Togepi list a different HP.

The attack Daunt lists 10 damage. The cost is Colorless. During your opponent's next turn, the Defending Pokémon's attacks do 30 less damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance). Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "The shell seems to be filled with joy. It is said that it will share good luck when treated kindly."

I keep a set binder for Unbroken Bonds, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Unbroken Bonds set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Togepi can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Baby Pokémon and Togepi, Togetic, and Togekiss. I still need this card.
