Butterfree is a Stage 2 Grass Pokémon with 130 HP. In the Pokédex this is Butterfree (#012), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Metapod. In this catalog that name is Metapod (#011).

Midori Harada illustrated this card. The same name is on 352 other cards in the catalog.

Butterfree (#012) has 24 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 20 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Butterfree 33/64 in Jungle (1999). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 130 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Rare. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and Midori Harada illustrated this one. 19 other cards of Butterfree list a different HP.

The attack Triple Charge lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Search your deck for up to 3 basic Energy cards and attach them to your Pokémon in any way you like. Then, shuffle your deck. Solar Beam is another attack lists 70 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Its wings are covered in toxic scales. If it finds bird Pokémon going after Caterpie, Butterfree sprinkles its scales on them to drive them off."

I keep a set binder for Unbroken Bonds, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Unbroken Bonds set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Butterfree can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
