If your opponent has any Ultra Beasts in play, this attack can be used for Colorless. Weakness is Grass ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "This guardian deity of Poni Island manipulates water. Because it lives deep within a thick fog, it came to be both feared and revered."

Tapu Fini (#788) has 9 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 5 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2021. The earliest other card is Tapu Fini SM92/248 in SM Black Star Promos (2017). Both list 120 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. Sanosuke Sakuma illustrated that card, and Hasuno illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 5 other cards of Tapu Fini list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Hasuno. I count 74 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Unified Minds set binder is where a full Unified Minds set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Tapu Fini can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Island guardians. I still need this card.
