Uxie 41/131 · Forbidden Light

Forbidden Light is a set in the Sun & Moon series. It was released on May 4, 2018. The printed size is 131. This checklist is longer, at 150 cards. Uxie is 41/131, in position 42 of 150 on this checklist. Before it is 40 Rotom, and after it is 42 Mesprit. The listed rarity is Uncommon.

Uxie is a Basic Psychic Pokémon with 60 HP. In the Pokédex this is Uxie (#480), generation 4 (Sinnoh).

Shin Nagasawa illustrated this card. The same name is on 303 other cards in the catalog.

Uxie (#480) has 8 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 7 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Uxie 18/123 in Mysterious Treasures (2007). Both list 60 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Ryo Ueda illustrated that card, and Shin Nagasawa illustrated this one. 6 other cards of Uxie list a different HP.

The attack Memory Skip lists 30 damage. The cost is Psychic. Choose 1 of your opponent's Active Pokémon's attacks. That Pokémon can't use that attack during your opponent's next turn. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It is said that its emergence gave humans the intelligence to improve their quality of life."

I keep a set binder for Forbidden Light, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Forbidden Light set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Uxie can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
