Delcatty 121/168 · Celestial Storm

Celestial Storm is a set in the Sun & Moon series. It was released on August 3, 2018. The printed size is 168. This checklist is longer, at 187 cards. Delcatty is 121/168, in position 122 of 187 on this checklist. Before it is 120 Skitty, and after it is 122 Kecleon. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

Delcatty is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Delcatty (#301), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Skitty. In this catalog that name is Skitty (#300).

Sekio illustrated this card. The same name is on 72 other cards in the catalog.

Delcatty (#301) has 18 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 17 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2026. The earliest other card is Delcatty 5/109 in Ruby & Sapphire (2003). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 90 HP. Both list the rarity Rare Holo. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Sekio illustrated this one. 14 other cards of Delcatty list a different HP.

Search for Friends is listed as Ability. When you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon during your turn, you may put 2 Supporter cards from your discard pile into your hand. The attack Cat Kick lists 40 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It is highly popular among female Trainers for its sublime fur. It does not keep a nest."

I keep a set binder for Celestial Storm, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Celestial Storm set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Delcatty can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
